That awful moment when…
You’re reading an article about Jodie Foster’s speech and the author says, “Whatever it is, she’s planning to stop – ‘here’s to the next 50 years’ – in 2063. Let’s rendezvous then. In the meantime, here’s to her.”
And you realize that, at that point, you will be 72 and Jodie Foster will likely not be alive, anymore. Or the author, depending on his age… Or Tina Fey….. Or David Bowie, Adrien Brody, Robert Downey Jr., Hugh Jackman, Susan Sarandon, Meryl Streep, Wes Anderson… Or your mother…
